Fridays, 9.45am, Friday Flow Gentle/beginners -

  St James the Greater Hall, Oaks Rd, Oaks in Charnwood,  LE12 9YD

All classes must be booked online as places are limited & it helps to keep me organised! - you can pay when booking or cash on the day.
